My wife Leslie Fram and I travel extensively from coast to coast for business and pleasure.  We love to shop, see new places and discover great new restaurants.  One of the most exciting things for us on the eating side is finding new barbeque restaurants. We only go where the locals suggest.  Not the tourist chains.  They have to have character and the BBQ, the sauce, and the beans MUST be outstanding.  At a recent event we were throwing at one of our businesses a friend stopped by with two pans of.......... you guessed it... BBQ.  He said he had some friends that did catering and this was their BBQ.  No restaurant yet just catering.  Well I was prepared not to be impressed.  One taste led to another which led to making a sandwich, which led to me taking the pan home without letting anyone else have any, which lead to having these guys cater an event.  THE BBQ IS OUTSTANDING....... Any body can cook meat but there is a special flavor to theirs that raises the bar. The sauce (which by the way is of utmost importance) was terrific.  We love pulled pork but Leslie and I are pork rib fanatics.....the Lydle boys know just how to knock your taste buds right out the back of your mouth! 

Enough gushing here..... of all the places where we have experienced BBQ there are only a dozen or so that we would consider "BBQ Deluxe".  Lydle Brothers BBQ is in the top 3 of our favorite.  Trust me....... you will be hooked!  Enjoy!
