We come to your site with the best BBQ in Atlanta with all of our serving equipment. We set up the buffet and break it down at the end of your event.  Our staff will serve you buffet style. We can even serve your guests from our 14-foot smoker trailer.

All of our menu items are cooked to order and many of them are cooked for as long as 18 hours. As a result, we need at least 36 hours notice for catered events.

Our food is slow-cooked to order.
As a result, we require at least three days for order changes.
